Group Childbirth Classes
Connect with fellow pregnant folks for these evidence-based classes taught by Doula Sarah.
Join for the whole series, or choose the classes that best fit your needs to create your own customized learning experience. Each session is evidence-based, practical, and designed to build confidence for both birthing parent and partner.

- Preparing for the 4th Trimester

Self-Paced Online Childbirth Classes
Five doulas of The Birth Village developed this class series, drawing on their combined experience and evidence-based practices. Classes are based on Lamaze and enhanced with research, stories and experiences, and hands-on practice, co-taught by doulas Laura and Sarah.
Learn how to prepare for birth mentally and physically, the stages of labor, how to cope with discomfort, pros and cons of medical interventions, all about breastfeeding, what to expect postpartum, and how to care for a newborn.
14-hours of video material is available, divided into modules so you can focus on the topics most helpful to you.

Private Birth-Prep Sessions
Meet privately in your home with Doula Sarah to focus on your family's unique needs and create a personalized and flexible plan tailored to your values and situation.
Two sessions are designed for your family to cover the topics most essential to you, including detailed guidance for partners and support persons, training in comfort techniques, advocacy, and understanding what to expect during labor.
Purchase includes the Oviedo Family Doulas' virtual workbook filled with tips for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Private Birth Coaching Sessions for Comprehensive Care
Known as the "Everything-But-The-Birth Package", this option is ideal for families seeking personalized guidance for their birth while keeping the number of attendants at the birth limited.
