Sarah Doyle Night Nurse Postpartum Doula Oviedo FL

Meet Oviedo Night Doula Sarah Doyle

As a new and sleep-deprived parent, I used to long for a break. At the same time, I didn't want to miss a precious moment with my babies. Nighttime care perfectly fulfills both desires:

Sleep deeply at night, knowing your baby is well-cared for during the long, quiet, and uneventful hours. Wake up refreshed so that you can enjoy more memory-making time with your newborn during the day.

It's a win-win!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Are you nurses or doulas?

"Night nurse" is a common term to describe overnight newborn care specialists, such as doulas, nannies, or occasionally medical nurses.

Sarah is a certified doula.

Q. Do you sleep train babies?

When I begin work with a family I will learn about your current sleep routine, offer suggestions, and we can work to make a plan together. I will help your baby learn to sleep using age-appropriate techniques and creating/reinforcing healthy sleep habits.

It is natural and beneficial for young babies to wake up needing to eat throughout the night and I will attend to their needs for comfort so that parents can sleep as much as possible.

Q. How do I get started?

I look forward to connecting with you. To start, please fill out this contact form. In the next 1-3 days I will email you to arrange a phone consult so that we can talk about how I can best support you and see if I am a good fit for your family.

Q. When should I book postpartum services?

We can create a plan now to reserve your spot in my calendar, and if needed we can make changes as the situation changes. My services are first-come-first-serve, and many of my clients book by 12 weeks.

Many families don't realize they need night help until after the baby is born. Please reach out, and I will do my best to accommodate your family or connect you with someone who can.

Q. How much does it cost?

Overnight postpartum care starts at $280/night. Please contact me for a quote.

Q. When is payment due?

The first 50% is due upon hire to reserve the dates in my calendar. The remainder is due biweekly as services are received.
