Oviedo Postpartum Doula Services

Support your healing & bonding as new parents.

Parents’ self-care often gets lost in the new-baby-shuffle. While everyone else is focused on the baby’s needs, my first priority as your postpartum doula is taking care of you.

Adjusting to life with a newborn feels blissful and terrifying and everything in between. Having an expert to help around the house will help alleviate stress so you can enjoy making special memories as a new family. Whether you need rest, an extra set of hands, or someone to carry the mental load for a while, I have you covered.

I'll focus on your needs, like caring for your baby so you can nap and shower, helping out with diapers and chores, making sure you've had a nourishing meal (eating with both hands!) and talking through the emotional changes without judgment.

Sarah Doyle Postpartum Doula

Meet Oviedo Postpartum Doula Sarah Doyle

Postpartum care is my favorite part of my job! Not just because I love snuggling babies, but because I get to help parents go from nervous newbies to rested, confident, and thriving.

I would love to teach you all my tricks for tear-free baths, sleep-soothing, baby wearing, and making feeding easier.

I'm happy to take over newborn care so you can take a long uninterrupted shower or nap, or just allow you to move around freely without a newborn for a bit.

Or you can just sit back and enjoy worry-free time with your baby, while I tidy up the house and entertain older kids and pets (and maybe a mother-in-law).

Whatever you need, I am here for it.
