Our Oviedo prenatal and postpartum yoga classes are tailored to your body. All experience levels are welcome! Learn about how to care for your pregnant and postpartum body and practice mindfulness while building community.
Prenatal Yoga
Each class is designed to bring comfort to your pregnancy and provides an opportunity to build community with other pregnant folks over tea. Come for a stretch and leave with good vibes and new friends. Â
Whether you are feeling like a life-giving goddess, or are dealing with a bewildering new pregnancy ailment every week, you’ll love our prenatal yoga class. Â
Classes are Fridays from 1pm-2:30pm at Zen Space Wellness Studio. Please sign up in advance through the studio.Â
Baby & Me Yoga
Newborn smiles make everything better - including yoga! Introduce your baby to yoga and connect with each other in a fun new way while benefitting from your own healing flow. Classes include engaging songs and games with your little, as well as strength building and a postpartum focus for caregivers so that you'll both leave a little happier.

Meet Oviedo prenatal yoga teacher Sarah Doyle
Sarah has years of experience teaching prenatal yoga, including throughout her own twin pregnancy. She uses her unique birth-worker knowledge as well as extensive yoga training to provide practical tips in every class for a more comfortable pregnancy and powerful tools for birth. Each class begins with a check in, so that the flows can be tailored to the students’ unique needs. After savasana, stick around for a mug of tea and good conversation.
