I’m building a collaborative doula team for early-career doulas who are ready to serve clients consistently, without carrying the full weight of running a business alone.
This is not a certification program or high-intensity mentorship. It’s a supported contractor model designed for doulas who already have foundational training and experience and want:

I began my doula journey as part of a collective, where the guidance of experienced mentors allowed me to grow quickly and start serving clients right from the start of my career. Without them, I wouldn't have had the support I needed to leave my desk job and do what I love full-time and with the skill my clients deserve.
As I grew, I've had the privilege of offering that same support to other doulas; Answering questions, sharing business insights, and helping with the less glamorous side of the work.
Now, I’m excited to bring this community and mentorship to the Oviedo and Orlando area.

Doulas may also offer their private clients access to birth classes through a referral code. Your clients get a class discount, and you get a referral reward, helping families together.

Structure and Compensation
Doulas function as independent contractors and are compensated per birth and per postpartum hour.
The practice retains a percentage to cover:
- Marketing and lead generation
- Administrative systems
- Consults and onboarding
- Educational offerings
- Ongoing professional support

There are no fees and no quota minimums.
